First of all, I must say that my stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail here is truly impressive. From the welcome drink upon arrival to the snacks in the room, this hotel knows how to make their guests feel special. The staff, from the receptionist to the technician, were all friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The location of the hotel is also a major plus. Despite being in the city center, it felt surprisingly peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle outside.
To be honest, I couldn't find a single flaw during my stay. Everything was just perfect.

Reasonably spacious rooms have a comfortable design. The location is marvellous, not too far away from Wat Thawon Wararam. Plus, this hotel is minutes away from center of the city.
The bathrooms are quite small.

Staff are incredibly helpful and courteous, junior suite is spacious with a comfy sofa bed, balcony area has GREAT sunlight, generous snacks and drinks in room, useful adapter provided. Lovely design and facilities, rooftop area is nice for drinks. Average service but would definitely stay here again. The staff are extremely helpful, especially the three young ladies and young man at reception. They helped us with transport and even bargained for us. The library is a gem and the hotel surroundings are peaceful and relaxing. iMac and umbrellas were thoughtful touches.

Everything was perfect, absolutely fabulous hotel, the location was practical just next door to the Kim Yong market, Lee Garden Plaza, restaurants and massage places and the city centre of Hat Yai...

My stay at Habita Hatyai was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with classy and minimalist furnishings. I loved the attention to detail in the decor, especially in the lobby area. The library provided a cozy spot to relax with a cup of coffee and some delicious cakes. The staff, especially the guard, were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist my mother and me with communication and bargaining with local tuktuk drivers. The location of the hotel, although slightly off the beaten path, offered a quiet environment compared to the bustling Lee Garden area. I had an enjoyable stay at Habita Hatyai and would recommend it to others.
